Gaming Chair Delivery Service Terms and Conditions

• Delivery service is limited to commercial and residential addresses within the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, including Hong Kong Island, Kowloon and the New Territories. Additional delivery fee is required for remote areas: Tung Chung and Discovery Bay are charged HK$350; Repulse Bay and Stanley are free of charge.
• No delivery is available at Mui Wo, Kwai Chung Pier, Ma Wan, Airport, Restricted Areas and Outlying Islands.
• Delivery time is only from Monday to Friday (except public holidays), from 12 noon to 6 pm. Service hours may vary by region and we are unable to specify delivery dates and times.
• The delivery person will call the customer in advance to confirm the delivery arrangements. If the customer cannot be contacted, the delivery service will be automatically cancelled.
• The street at the delivery address must allow truck parking.
• If the delivery truck (5.5 tonnes or above) cannot reach the building door directly and needs to push the goods, or if the building does not have a lift or the purchased goods cannot or are not allowed to enter the lift and need to be carried up the stairs, customers will be required to pay additional fees. Stairs fee: HK$200 per floor, 7 or more steps are counted as one floor
• If the delivery location is more than 100 meters away from the parking space, an additional charge of HK$100 will be charged.
• If the goods arrive at the customer's doorstep but the customer fails to receive the goods on the agreed delivery date and time, all additional charges will not be refunded. If you need to arrange delivery again, you will need to pay all additional charges.
• Delivery service will be suspended in case of severe weather conditions such as thunderstorm, Typhoon No. 8 hoisted or Black Rainstorm Warning in effect, or if vessels are suspended, there is severe flooding or road obstruction or closure due to weather conditions. Delivery will be arranged at no extra charge.
