水貨產品不設香港保養，本平台會提供90天購物保障。平行進口產品的插頭為當地國家插頭，如日版產品只會提供日本插頭，客人需要自行配購轉插，客人亦可於本公司購買不同的旅行轉插為轉插使用。公司所出售的平行進口產品都是國際電壓，不需要使用變壓器

Note: This product supports 802.11b/g/n 2.4GHz wireless signals. If the router is set to use a single SSID to handle both 2.4GHz and 5GHz signals, it may cause Ezviz DP2C to be unable to connect to the Wi-Fi signal. Please set the router to use different SSIDs for 2.4GHz and 5GHz signals.

Search "EZVIZ" in the App Store or Google Play™, download and install the EZVIZ app.
Launch the app and register an EZVIZ user account.
settings:
1. Connect your phone to Wi-Fi via a 2.4GHz network.
2. Install your peephole and turn on the power.
3. Open the EZVIZ app and log in to your EZVIZ app user account.
4. Connect the peephole to the Internet.
5. Add your Peephole to your EZVIZ account.
