Enjoy undisturbed audio playback and improved synchronization of audio and video with the aptX Adaptive transcoder. Once connected, the transcoder allows you to prioritize between adaptive selections of dynamic bit rate (high quality) or dynamic latency (low latency), depending on your needs. The selection can be viewed in the Creative application.

Low Latency Mode effectively reduces latency to approximately 50ms*, making it ideal for latency-sensitive games and movies.

The intuitive device switching feature on the Creative BT-W5 allows you to easily switch between connected output devices with the press of a button.

It can remember up to 4 devices for easy switching in the order of initial pairing.
Forgot the order of your devices? Don't worry, download and install the Creative app on your PC to check the device in memory. The software also allows you to select nearby devices to pair with, or easily redo your entire list of connected devices.

Switch to whatever you're listening to and instantly answer a quick call! Press the Bluetooth button on the Creative BT-W5 twice to enter HFP mode and conduct voice chat via the built-in microphone on the Bluetooth headset.
Applicable to: PC and Mac where the potential for audio pickup is high, e.g. keyboard typing noise on a desk.
