Q1. In wireless charging mode, the power bank feels hot during use. Is this normal?

A1. Since the power bank is magnetically attached to the back of the phone, it is normal for it to get a little hot during wireless charging. This product has been certified and is safe to use.

Q2. Why is wireless charging slower than wired charging?

A2. Wireless charging uses coil coupling. At the same power output, the charging efficiency is usually lower than wired charging. For faster charging, you can use the included charging cable for wired charging or minimize usage of your phone while charging.

Q3. What do the indicator lights on the power bank mean?

A3. The power bank has four white battery indicator lights and one blue wireless charging indicator light. When in use, the white indicator light will remain on until the power bank is completely depleted. If you only want to use the phone holder function (magnetically attach the phone but not charge it), double-click the button to disable wireless charging.

Q4. Why does my iPhone stop charging at 80%?

A4. Due to the thermal management mechanism of iOS 17, to prevent the battery from overheating, your iPhone may automatically stop charging when the battery reaches 80%. As your iPhone cools down, charging will resume normally. Moving your iPhone to a cooler location can help speed up the process.
