1. When using two USB-C outputs at the same time, each USB-C output can reach up to 100W. To achieve 100W output, please use a charging cable with an E-Marker chip; the output may vary depending on the maximum input of the device and different charging stages.
2. Before use, make sure the AC power cord is fully inserted into the charger and the three-pin socket. If charging fails, please unplug and then plug in the AC power cord.
3. It is recommended to use the AC power cord included in the package, or a standard C7 2-pin AC power cord with a rated current greater than 3.2A.
