Refund

Purchase Terms and Conditions:

  • All Hong Kong licensed products purchased from DIGIBAL ONLINE are eligible for official warranty from the brand or agent. The warranty period for each product may be different, and the warranty period is based on the warranty sticker on the product box. Customers must keep the purchase receipt issued by our store, contact the warranty company during the warranty period, and bring the product to the maintenance company's maintenance department for inspection or replacement. Our company will ensure the integrity of the products during transportation. If the packaging box is damaged in any way and the damage does not affect the function of the product, the company cannot arrange a return or exchange in the above circumstances.
