Zenox Product Guarantee
If a product is found to be defective, you can request a replacement within 7 days of delivery. 7 days after purchase, you can still enjoy repair services within the scope of our product warranty and contact us to make arrangements.
What does this warranty cover?
Structural manufacturing defects in the materials of the frame and movable parts are covered by this warranty. These include armrests, casters, gas lift and the base of the chair.
What does this warranty not cover?
The guarantee does not apply to the following circumstances:
1) The product has been stored or assembled incorrectly, improperly used, abused, misused, or altered without Zenox’s written permission;
2) The product is damaged due to normal wear and tear, cuts or scrapes, impact or accident;
3) The product is not assembled according to the assembly instructions;
4) Product damage due to exposure to sunlight, moisture, dust or mites and other external factors;
5) Damage to mesh, fabric and leather coverings, seats and cushions;
6) The original sales invoice for the product does not exist;
7) The damaged item was used outside the original delivery address, i.e. outside Hong Kong or Macau.
Guarantee period
We offer a minimum one-year product warranty from the date of purchase. Products displayed are not covered by our product guarantee. Please review the list below to see the warranty period for different products:

Guarantee conditions
Proof of purchase (original sales invoice issued by Zenox) is required to keep this warranty valid.
Other terms and conditions
All customer-claimed product issues will be checked. Zenox will determine in its sole discretion whether coverage is covered by the warranty. Zenox reserves the right to repair or replace the product or provide a full refund at its discretion. All decisions by Zenox are final.
Before contacting the after-sales maintenance department , you must prepare the following information :
1. Product model;
2. Problem description;
3. Show photos/videos of the problem;
4. Proof of purchase receipt (need to show the store of sale/date of purchase).
The after-sales maintenance department will try to provide simple solutions first. If it does not work, we will provide the following solutions, including but not limited to:
1. Arrange dedicated personnel to provide door-to-door maintenance services;
2. Send replacement parts;
3. If the product quality is far below the company's guaranteed level, an exchange will be arranged.
During the maintenance period, the above services are free of charge.

Base, frame and armrests
Do not open or attempt to open the zipper of the gaming chair seat cover. Use a mild detergent and warm water to wipe the surface with a cloth. Wipe dry with a soft cloth. Do not use solvents or kitchen cleaners.
PU leather
Dust PU leather regularly with a microfiber cloth. Gently wipe the surface with a towel, warm water, or a mild liquid cleaner.
PVC leather
Dust PVC leather regularly with a microfiber cloth. Clean the surface and back with a solution of warm water and liquid detergent. Rinse surface with water. Do not use dry cleaning solutions on PVC leather.

Vacuum the backrest and seat regularly. Use the brush to gently rub the fabric over the dirty spots.

Use a vacuum cleaner to remove dust from the mesh chair. Use clean water to remove any remaining dirt. If the stain persists, use a spot cleaner to gently wipe the area. Do not rub or scrub.
casters
The casters gradually accumulate hair and debris and can interfere with the movement of the chair. Turn the chair over and make sure the chair and backrest are firmly supporting the chair. Use the crevice tool on your vacuum cleaner to remove any debris left inside. Use surface cleaner and a paper towel or microfiber cloth to remove dirt from the outside of the casters. Wipe the casters with rubbing alcohol on a cotton ball. Use a cotton swab dipped in alcohol to clean the inside of the narrow part of the caster.

Tighten the bolts and screws on the chair every 6 months to ensure safety and stability. We also recommend regularly re-lubricating the screws (such as WD-40 or white lithium grease) to reduce the chance of scratching.
