Shipping and delivery

Shipping fee introduction

This platform cooperates with logistics companies such as SF Express/Kerry/Zebra Home

- When the order spends over $400, the order will have free shipping.
- For orders less than $400, the shipping charges for each order are as follows:
Smart cabinet/SF service center/SF door-to-door delivery: $30

Estimated delivery time:

Delivery methods:

SF Express/SF Smart Cabinet: Most orders will be shipped via SF Express. Customers can choose door-to-door delivery or pickup at SF Express stations.

Self-pickup: The following stores will be responsible for our store's pickup service. The store also has a small amount of inventory. Customers can purchase directly from the following partner stores.

Gaming Chair Delivery Service Terms and Conditions

Delivery service is limited to industrial, commercial and housing estate addresses within the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, including Hong Kong Island, Kowloon and the New Territories. Additional shipping charges are required for remote areas: Tung Chung and Discovery Bay add HK$350; Repulse Bay and Stanley are free of charge.

There is no delivery service at Mui Wo, Kwai Chung Pier, Ma Wan, airport, restricted areas and outlying islands.

Delivery time is only from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays), 12 noon to 6 pm. Service time will vary in different regions, and delivery date and time cannot be specified.

The delivery person will call the customer in advance to confirm delivery arrangements. If the customer cannot be contacted, the delivery service will be automatically canceled.

The street of the delivery address must allow trucks to park.

If the delivery truck (5.5 metric tons or above) cannot reach the building door directly and needs to push the goods, or the building does not have a lift or the purchased goods cannot or cannot be accessed by the lift and need to be carried upstairs by the stairs, the customer will need to pay an additional fee. . Stair fee: additional HK$200 for each floor. Walking up to 7 steps or above will be counted as one floor.

If the delivery location is more than 100 meters from the parking space, an additional fee of HK$100 will be charged.

If the delivery date and time determined with the customer is not received when the goods arrive at your door, all additional fees will not be refunded. If you need to arrange delivery again, you need to pay all additional fees.
